Org. Structure & Online Onboarding

The Room is an ed-tech company that is disrupting the education space through a revolutionary approach to leadership development.

We designed & implemented a new “personalized” organizational structure based on the company’s customer journey in order to maximize each team’s value creation capabilities.

We also designed & implemented a virtual end-to-end onboarding experience (including a Pre-Onboarding Online course and an Online Onboarding week long event hosted monthly) that serves as the seed to employee engagement and retention.
